ASAPmaps can get more reviews for your business by leveraging SMS and call tracking features. After determining the schedule and getting your approval, ASAPmaps will send a Google review link to customers who have already chosen to opt-in for your messaging. Your business will have more reviews almost immediately!
In addition, ASAPmaps generates a review link for every location. This link will take your customers directly to your Google Maps listing and prompt a review.
Will ASAPmaps respond to the Google reviews left by my customers? If so, how will you know what to say?
Yes. If you prefer, ASAPmaps will handle review responses on your behalf.
Our onboarding team will create a custom set of review responses for your business. Replies will be based upon the number of stars a reviewer submits.
The typical reply for a negative review, anything less than 3-stars, encourages the reviewer to move the conversation "offline" so more details can be gathered (we politely ask the reviewer to contact the location and usually offer the name, phone and/or email address of a relevant contact).
The typical reply for a neutral review, anything with 3 stars, is usually a bit more muted and typically a variation of "Thank you for the review, we hope to see you again." unless there was a negative tone, in which case an appeal to move the conversation "offline" and contact the location will be offered.
The typical reply for a positive review, anything with more than 3-stars, offers a variation of something like "Thanks for the great review!"
In the case of a fake review, our team will report the review to Google immediately.

Can I respond to reviews on my own?
Yes, you can respond to reviews at any time. In fact, ASAPmaps will always wait around 48 hours before providing a review response in order to allow business listing administrators to craft their own response. If no response has been provided within 48 hours, a reply will be provided automatically by the ASAPmaps system. During the sign-up process, you will be provided with details on our reply process and how your business will be given a set of custom responses created by our onboarding team.
